The Impact
- Lead key elements of the annual operating plan, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.
- Turn financial and operational data into clear insights on revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, working capital, risks, and opportunities.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic investments, pricing, cost initiatives, and resource decisions.
- Partner with finance, operations, and other functional leaders to challenge assumptions and improve business performance.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen the FP&A function by standardizing models, improving reporting processes, increasing automation, and developing analyst talent.
What You Bring

- Strong command of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and the operational drivers behind financial performance.
- The ability to communicate complex analysis clearly, work independently in a fast-moving environment, and guide or review the work of analysts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a multi-business-unit, manufacturing, industrial, engineered-products, or similarly operational organization.
- Background in a performance-driven or investor-backed environment.
- An MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced credential.
- Experience mentoring, managing, or developing financial analysts.
