They are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function during a transformational period of growth, process improvement, and operational sophistication.

This is more than a traditional Controller role. You'll partner directly with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team to strengthen financial infrastructure, improve data integrity and reporting, and help create a scalable platform for the company's next phase of expansion.

What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Improve processes, controls, and data integrity across the organization
• Partner with operations and sales leaders to drive accountability and better decision-making
• Help optimize reporting systems and dashboards to support scalability
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the CFO and executive team

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years senior accounting leadership experience
• Strong technical accounting foundation with a track record of improving processes
• Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in growth-oriented organizations with meaningful operational complexity
• Background in larger-scale businesses combined with an entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued
• Private equity experience is helpful, but not required
