What You’ll Do:

• Serve as lead counsel on complex personal injury cases involving labor and workplace accidents, including OSHA violations and third-party liability claims.

• Manage a robust caseload from intake through resolution—handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and courtroom litigation.

• Represent clients in matters involving Texas labor and workplace injury laws, including construction site accidents, heavy equipment injuries, and oilfield-related cases.

• Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and accident reconstruction professionals to build strong cases.

• Provide guidance and oversight to associate attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff.

• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth, with a focus on expanding the labor injury docket in the Texas market.

• Collaborate with firm leadership on legal strategy, case outcomes, and departmental goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience, specifically handling labor-related injury cases.

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

• Proven first-chair trial experience and a strong track record of successful settlements and verdicts.

• Deep understanding of Texas Labor Code, OSHA regulations, and personal injury law.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and mentor junior attorneys.

• Exceptional negotiation, oral advocacy, and legal writing abilities.

• Portable book of business is a plus but not required.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
