A leading law firm is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join its intellectual property team in Roseland, NJ. This is a newly created position offering an opportunity to support attorneys and clients on a variety of trademark matters in a collaborative legal environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in trademark-related legal support.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys with trademark matters and related legal projects.
• Assist with trademark filings, prosecution, maintenance, and portfolio management.
• Prepare and maintain trademark documentation and correspondence.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate trademark records and databases.
• Conduct trademark-related research and assist with document preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external contacts as needed.
• Maintain organized files and ensure timely completion of assignments.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior law firm trademark paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
