Senior Paralegal – IP Litigation

A leading Am Law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal – IP Litigation to support its sophisticated Intellectual Property Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of IP litigation experience, including hands-on trial experience, and the ability to independently manage complex matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex IP litigation matters.
• Conduct factual, legal, and procedural research.
• Manage discovery requests, responses, document review, and document production.
• Review and analyze documents and data related to litigation matters.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, legal documents, and factual analyses.
• Maintain case files, litigation databases, documents, and other case-related materials.
• Prepare court-ready materials and assist with trial preparation.
• Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Utilize technology and litigation tools to improve efficiency and case management.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and outside resources.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior paralegals and temporary staff.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of IP Litigation paralegal experience.
• Trial experience is required.
• Strong experience with discovery and document production.
• Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters and competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ITC experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
