Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in personal injury litigation who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and prepare summons, complaints, bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.

• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and case strategy.

• Conduct client meetings to gather information, provide case updates, and ensure strong communication.

• Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and trial preparation documents.

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and cases move efficiently through the legal process.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law.

• Bilingual Spanish skills required.

• Proven expertise in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery, and motions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.

• Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies preferred.
