Our Construction Company client is a South Nashville, TN construction management general contractor with a 100 year track record of proven success in Multifamily developments.

They believe in growing people and investing in career development to help them be a leader in construction innovation within the Multifamily industry. We are currently interviewing for an Estimator (Junior, Senior optional)  to join the estimating team at their Franklin TN office.

The primary qualities they are looking for include but are not limited to; 

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of Estimating experience in wood-frame multifamily apartments
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
• Field experience in Multifamily is highly-preferred (Superintendent, PM, Engineer...)
• Vast knowledge of the stick-framing apartment estimating process via the Estimating role. 
• Knowledge of Wood-Framing Multifamily construction processes/industry to some degree is required.
• Familiar with take-offs, calling subs for quotes, and client budget discussions
• Experience with Timberline Estimating program is preferred
