Electrical Estimator, Boston Area | Hybrid

You have been estimating electrical work in the Greater Boston market for a while. You know the territory, you know the work, and where you are now may not be the right fit anymore. That happens.

A well-established electrical contractor in the Boston area is looking for an experienced estimator. Same ownership for over four decades, consistent book of commercial, institutional, and healthcare work. Smaller team, reasonable expectations, people who have been there a long time.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing plans, specs, and bid documents to prepare accurate, competitive estimates
• Conducting site walk-throughs and assessing field conditions
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Coordinating with project management at handoff from estimate to execution

What we are looking for:

• Six or more years of electrical contracting estimating experience
• Familiarity with the Greater Boston market
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Union and open-shop experience both welcome

This is a hybrid role with on-site visits as projects require.
