K. Jacobs is seeking a Service Sales Manager to grow and manage service accounts for a leading mechanical contractor in the Boston area.
 
In this role, you’ll build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property managers, selling preventative maintenance contracts, small projects, and repair services. You’ll identify opportunities through site visits, prepare estimates and proposals, and work closely with the service team to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
 
This position is also a great fit for an HVAC Project Manager with strong client-facing skills who’s ready to transition into a sales and account management role.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain service relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property managers.

  • Sell preventative maintenance contracts, small projects, and repair services.

  • Conduct site visits to identify opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, and service agreements.

  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements; follow up to close business.

  • Coordinate with service operations to ensure work is completed to client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with the service management team to deliver excellent customer service.

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Proven success in HVAC service sales or strong HVAC project management experience with a client-focused approach.

  • Solid understanding of HVAC and piping systems.

  • Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
