Our client is a nationally recognized, employee-owned MEP firm with a deep healthcare practice and a delivery team that earns repeat work. They have an established presence in New England and are investing in growth. The BD seat here is built for someone who wants to focus on the front end, because the back end is handled.
What the work looks like:
- Building and working a pipeline of healthcare opportunities across New England, hospitals, health systems, medical campuses
- Getting in front of decision-makers before the RFP hits
- Handing off to a technical team with a track record in healthcare delivery
- Representing a firm with the capacity to compete for work at any scale
What they are looking for:
- MEP engineering background or BD experience focused on selling A/E/C services to healthcare facilities in New England
- Relationships with facility directors, capital planning teams, and project decision-makers
- Someone who wants to spend their time selling, not managing delivery
- Portland or Boston area home base, flexible
