Service Sales
What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain service relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property managers.

Sell preventative maintenance contracts, small projects, and repair services.

Conduct site visits to identify opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, and service agreements.

Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements; follow up to close business.

Coordinate with service operations to ensure work is completed to client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with the service management team to deliver excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring:

Proven success in HVAC service sales or strong HVAC project management experience with a client-focused approach.

Solid understanding of HVAC and piping systems.
