Family-owned, locally operated, and completely free from private equity influence, this company makes decisions based on what is right for their people and their clients, not what satisfies a distant ownership group.

They are growing their service division and need a sharp sales professional to lead that growth. You will have real accounts to build on, a strong installation business feeding you new opportunities, and leadership that is accessible and ready to back you.

If you have been grinding in a role where good work goes unnoticed and promotions are decided by a spreadsheet in another state, this is a different kind of conversation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will own the development of new service contracts across Greater Boston, targeting property management companies, hospitals, and universities. You will work directly alongside the Service Manager to identify and close new accounts, and partner with project teams to convert active installation projects into long-term service agreements. The pipeline is already moving. Your job is to close it and grow it.

WHO THRIVES HERE

• 5 or more years in commercial HVAC with solid working knowledge of systems and equipment
• A track record of hunting new accounts and managing relationships
• Strong communicator who earns trust with facility directors and property owners
• Existing Boston-area relationships are a significant advantage
