An established MEP consulting firm with deep roots in the Boston market is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead a growing portfolio of technically complex building projects.
This role is suited for a senior PM who enjoys being close to the work. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape delivery strategy, and maintain direct client relationships across commercial, academic, and life sciences projects. The firm values thoughtful leadership, strong communication, and steady execution over noise and bureaucracy.
What you will own
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full arc of project delivery, from early pursuit through completion.
Core responsibilities include:
• Serving as prime consultant and managing architects and specialty subconsultants
• Direct ownership of client relationships and project outcomes
• Oversight of scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Leadership of quality control and coordination across MEP disciplines
• Participation in proposal development and fee strategy
• Mentoring project teams and supporting junior PMs
