K. Jacobs Executive Search is seeking a Business Development Professional for a growing specialty contractor in South Florida. You'll enjoy a generous commission plan as well as have the opportunity to earn an ownership stake in the company.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop new business opportunities with condo associations, property managers, and boards for large-scale exterior and balcony projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in mid- and high-rise communities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from a skilled technical team.
