K. Jacobs Executive Search is seeking a Business Development Professional for a growing specialty contractor in South Florida. You'll enjoy a generous commission plan as well as have the opportunity to earn an ownership stake in the company.
 
In this role, you’ll: 
  • Develop new business opportunities with condo associations, property managers, and boards for large-scale exterior and balcony projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in mid- and high-rise communities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from a skilled technical team.

We’re looking for: 
  • Proven track record in sales or business development (construction services, property services, or related industries).
  • Strong ability to connect with condo/HOA boards and property managers.
  • Spanish fluency required.
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.
