We’re looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering innovative, energy-efficient building systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who’s ready to step into greater leadership, help shape projects, and mentor junior staff.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and/or healthcare buildings

• Oversee and coordinate electrical design from concept through construction administration

• Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop, coordination studies, and system layouts

• Collaborate across disciplines with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainability teams

• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction-phase services

• Mentor junior engineers and support project team development

• Interface with clients, architects, and project stakeholders

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildings

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with lighting calculation software is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and work across teams

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or on track to obtain

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with LEED, WELL, or other sustainable design frameworks

• Prior work in healthcare, lab, or mission-critical environments

• Client-facing experience or project management background
