Jacobs Executive Search is seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Development Professional for a growing specialty contractor to expand its presence with condominium associations and property managers in South Florida.
In this role, you’ll:
Develop new business opportunities with condo associations, property managers, and boards for large-scale exterior and balcony projects.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in mid- and high-rise communities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from a skilled technical team.
