Senior Dam Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Senior Dam Engineer, you will take a leadership role with responsibilities that include:

• Overseeing projects from inception to completion, including strategic planning, financial management, and maintaining client relationships.
• Proactively engaging with clients, project management, and team members to ensure smooth, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to support team alignment and professional development.
• Coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineers, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Vermont or New Hampshire, or ability to achieve licensing within 6-12 months.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant engineering software.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
