Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 base + 10–15% bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to act as the key interface between operations leadership and the hourly production workforce.
This individual will oversee a team of approximately 15 hourly employees, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
You will report directly to the Manager of Operations and play a critical role in driving daily output and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of ~15 hourly production employees
- Serve as the bridge between shop floor and operations leadership
- Ensure daily production goals are met in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity across shifts
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
- Support hiring, training, and workforce planning as the company grows
- Maintain strong communication across departments (operations, leadership, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Schedule
- Standard shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations supervision role
- Experience managing hourly workforce teams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and morale
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to be on the floor and lead by example
- Growth-oriented—someone who wants to build and scale a team over time
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90K – $100K
- Bonus: 10–15% tied to company performance
