Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Execute complex building repairs across various technical disciplines, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Manage and maintain production equipment, minimizing downtime and upholding organizational standards.
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Supervise and guide a team of mechanics and technicians in repair and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs and safety hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of operational supplies.
• Coordinate with external building contractors as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and monitor ammonia cooling systems.
• Address various repair needs, including concrete floors, dock doors, lighting, plumbing, and more.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing trades, and five years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in Business Management or a related technical field.
• 6-10 years of experience in trades and commercial HVAC/refrigeration within the foodservice industry.
• HVAC Technical Certification and Ammonia Refrigeration Training are advantageous.
