About the Role:

As a Patient Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our home health services. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients while leading and supporting our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate patient care services, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Supervise and mentor home health staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
