What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Innovate: Design, build, and continuously enhance a cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors–based people analytics ecosystem as part of a broader digital HR strategy.
  • Own the Data Narrative: Manage enterprise-wide HR reporting and deliver deep insights across key workforce metrics including turnover, performance, engagement, and diversity.
  • Drive Predictive Insights: Develop advanced analytics and predictive models that empower proactive, evidence-based workforce decisions.
  • Tell the Story Behind the Data: Translate strategic priorities into intuitive dashboards and reports using SuccessFactors and Power BI, leveraging compelling data visualization and storytelling techniques.
  • Elevate Data Quality: Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to enhance data integrity, expand data capture, and continuously improve analytics capabilities.
  • Enable a Data-Driven Culture: Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to embed sustainable people analytics practices across the organization.

What You Bring

Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Strong analytical acumen with advanced capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation
  • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Solid grounding in statistics, data science methodologies, and predictive modeling
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and key workforce KPIs
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors analytics and reporting modules

Leadership & Communication Skills

  • Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for HR and executive leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence diverse stakeholders
  • A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

Your Background

  • Several years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or data analytics with a strong HR focus
  • Proven success delivering dashboards, reports, and predictive models that drive strategic decision-making
  • Experience operating in international and cross-functional environments

Education & Credentials (Preferred)

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources, ideally with an analytics focus
  • Additional certifications or training in data analytics, people analytics, or HR metrics are a plus
