Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Salem, Oregon at a newly opening clinic with a daytime weekday schedule designed to support strong work-life balance.
Note: To be considered, candidates must be licensed in Oregon, board certified, have DEA authority, have primary care experience, and be comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 2+ as well as providing women’s health services including pelvic exams.

Job Description
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic setting
- Perform physical exams, preventive visits, and routine follow-up care
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- See pediatric patients ages 2+ and adult patients across a wide range of primary care needs
- Provide women’s health services, including pelvic exams
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriate
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope and state guidelines
- Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Support a positive clinic culture centered on quality, compassion, and service
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant in Oregon
- Board certification required
- Active DEA or ability to obtain immediately
- 2+ years of primary care or family practice experience
- Able to treat pediatric patients ages 2+
- Experience providing women’s health services, including pelvic exams
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
- EMR proficiency preferred
