Location: Santa Rosa, CA – Hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 remote workdays per week.Note: Must be licensed to practice law in California. We are seeking a smart, motivated attorney who works well with others and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Draft and manage written discovery and oversee document production
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear in court and argue motions
  • Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development
  • Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and client communications
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution with increasing responsibility

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest or experience in trust and probate litigation is a plus
