This role is a fully remote, contract recruiter role reporting directly to the COO of Your Talent Team.  We work heavily in the aviation, aerospace and manufacturing industries, with about 20% of our business in other industries (ex. non-profit, civil engineering, etc.).

 

This role will include sourcing talent using different technology platforms, creating outreach campaigns, cold calling candidates who are not responding to other outreach attempts, interviewing candidates, updating the ATS, collecting executive summaries from candidates, and writing up client submittals.

 

Your Talent Team will cover the vast majority of your technology expenses.
