Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the reimbursement process for home infusion services, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Resolve complex claims and stay informed about regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize revenue outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve service and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion billing and reimbursement processes.
- Proficient in maintaining HIPAA standards.
- Experience in accounts receivable, specifically with payor collections.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Motivated with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in front-end billing processes, specifically in creating infusion claims.
- Knowledge of collections is a plus, though not required.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
- Flexible schedule with adjustable hours, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation is up to $25/hour.
