Hiring: Founding Enterprise Account Executive (AI Automation)

We’re a Series A–backed AI automation company building agents that learn real workflows (RPA / IDP evolution). We’re hiring our first Enterprise AE to help define how this product is sold into complex organizations.
This is a builder role, not a plug-and-play enterprise seat.
What You’ll Own

Build and run the full enterprise sales cycle (self-sourced → close)

Sell into technical + business buyers (Ops, Finance, IT, Transformation)

Navigate 6–12 month cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees

Partner directly with founders on:

Deal strategy

ICP refinement

Messaging and pricing

Help shape the enterprise sales motion from early traction to repeatability
Who This Is For
This role is a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle Enterprise AE experience
- Closed complex, consultative deals with long sales cycles
- Experience selling a new or disruptive product, not just market leaders
- Comfort owning technical conversations with support (not as a solo SE)
- A track record of building pipeline from outbound, not just inbound
- Startup experience is a plus, but builder mindset matters more than logos.
- Demonstrated role stability — typically 2+ years per role, with a track record of seeing long-term initiatives through from strategy to results.
Compensation & Logistics
- Base: $90k–$140k
- OTE: $180k–$280k
- Equity: Meaningful early-employee grant
- Location: On-site, 5 days/week (SF Mission District)
- Travel: ~10% (U.S.)
- Visa: Sponsorship available
