We’re building the next generation of intelligent automation—redefining RPA and IDP with AI agents that learn by watching real workflows. Backed by top-tier VCs and fresh Series A funding, we’re scaling our enterprise sales team and hiring senior Enterprise AEs to own complex, high-impact deals.
What You’ll Do

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound to close

Source and close complex, consultative deals (6–12+ month cycles)

Sell directly to C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders

Navigate technical buying committees and position a differentiated AI platform

Work closely with founders and product to shape GTM strategy
Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle Enterprise AE experience

Proven quota attainment in complex enterprise sales

Strong outbound and self-sourced pipeline experience

Comfortable selling technical products with minimal SE dependency

Experience in early-stage, high-growth startups preferred
Nice-to-Have

Experience selling into Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services

Background in RPA, IDP, IPaaS, or automation platforms

Technical or CS background that transitioned into sales
Compensation & Details

Base: $90k–$140k
-
OTE: $180k–$280k
-
Equity: Competitive early-employee grant

Location: On-site, 5 days/week (SF Mission District)

Travel: ~10% (U.S.)
