Summary:
This role offers a statewide opportunity across Michigan, supporting children and families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans, collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, and provide clinical supervision and training to therapists. In addition to maintaining a billable caseload, the role includes leadership responsibilities, coordination with funding sources, and ongoing program development.
Locations – Michigan ( anywhere in the State )
Base Salary – $80,000 – $85,000

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress
- Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
- Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree of ABA coursework
- Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language a plus
- Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
- Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client’s changing needs
