About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-execution role blending strategy (≈35%) and execution (≈65%). You will own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end—deciding where to grow, how to enter new markets, and personally ensuring execution succeeds on the ground.
You will work directly with company leadership, clinicians, operators, and product/AI teams to design market entry strategies, launch new regions, and build repeatable growth systems that power the company’s next decade. This role is intentionally hands-on and requires comfort operating in unglamorous, real-world environments to make launches work.
This is a platform role with a clear path to Growth leadership, Regional GM responsibility, or full P&L ownership.
