About the Role

This is a high-ownership, high-execution role blending strategy (≈35%) and execution (≈65%). You will own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end—deciding where to grow, how to enter new markets, and personally ensuring execution succeeds on the ground.

You will work directly with company leadership, clinicians, operators, and product/AI teams to design market entry strategies, launch new regions, and build repeatable growth systems that power the company’s next decade. This role is intentionally hands-on and requires comfort operating in unglamorous, real-world environments to make launches work.

This is a platform role with a clear path to Growth leadership, Regional GM responsibility, or full P&L ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate new growth opportunities and markets
  • Design and execute market entry strategies from zero to scale
  • Stand up and stabilize new regions through hands-on, on-the-ground execution
  • Translate strategy into operational plans with clear owners, metrics, and timelines
  • Work cross-functionally with clinicians, operators, and product/AI teams to unblock growth
  • Analyze large, messy datasets and convert insights into clear decisions and actions
  • Build repeatable playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms for future expansion
  • Serve as a trusted operator to founders and executive leadership

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience OR Strategy & operations roles at highly operational, execution-heavy scale-ups
  • Demonstrated ability to own operational decisions post-consulting
  • Experience in high-velocity environments such as:
                 Growth equity portfolio companies
                 Managed marketplaces
                 Capital-intensive or working-capital-heavy businesses
  • Strong problem-solving capability:
                Break down ambiguous problems
                Analyze large datasets
Drive clear “so what” conclusions and measurable outcomes
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on the ground in new markets
  • Low ego, high ownership, bias-to-action mindset
  • Comfort operating with minimal structure and high ambiguity

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Healthcare services or healthcare operations experience
  • Experience working with AI-enabled products or operations
  • Growth strategy, GTM, or market entry project experience
  • Prior operating roles before consulting
  • Military background paired with business experience
  • Familiarity with supply–demand marketplaces
