About the Role

This is a Founding Sales role focused on a conversational AI product. There’s no playbook yet—no scripts, no established process, no fully built systems. You’ll help create the outbound motion from the ground up.

Your mandate is simple and demanding: build pipeline. You’ll be on the phones daily, testing messaging, booking meetings, and translating real customer feedback into better sales execution and product insight.

This role is highly hands-on and highly visible, with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path to advancement.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000–$120,000 base

  • $125,000–$185,000 OTE

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day

  • Book 10+ qualified meetings per week and participate in demos alongside leadership

  • Own CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and next steps through close

  • Continuously write, test, and refine outbound scripts—double down on what converts, discard what doesn’t

  • Quickly learn the conversational AI landscape and speak credibly with founders and operators

  • Partner closely with leadership to iterate on ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy

  • Work full-time, in person from our San Francisco office
