Account Executive / Senior SDR — People Data Sales
Our client is an early-stage startup building powerful people data solutions used by recruiting, growth, and GTM teams. They are looking for a high-energy sales professional with experience selling people data products and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is comfortable working directly with founders to shape go-to-market strategy.
You will play a key role in identifying target accounts, generating outbound pipeline, and closing enterprise opportunities while helping build the outbound infrastructure that fuels company growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $95,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $160,000

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Generation

Prospect and generate pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound channels

Identify and research high-potential target accounts

Execute strategic outreach campaigns to enterprise buyers
Enterprise Sales Execution

Sell people data products to recruiting, talent, and growth teams

Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders

Manage deals through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Build Sales Systems

Help design and implement outbound sales systems, targeting strategies, and tooling

Partner with founders and leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy
Startup Collaboration

Operate as a builder in a small team environment

Work cross-functionally to support growth and customer success
Required Qualifications

1–5 years of B2B SaaS or data sales experience

At least 1 year of SDR experience

Direct experience selling people data products (required)

Experience selling to enterprise or up-market clients

Proven outbound prospecting skills (email, LinkedIn, creative outreach)

Experience researching and identifying target accounts

Experience building or scaling outbound systems and sales processes

Comfortable collaborating with founders and leadership on GTM strategy

Strong builder mindset with the ability to operate in an early-stage startup

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Located in San Francisco or able to work 5 days/week in-office

SDR candidates with ~8 months – 1 year experience at people data companies

AE candidates with people data sales experience

Experience selling to recruiting, talent, or growth/GTM teams

Experience selling AI infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise software

Familiarity with enterprise sales metrics (deal size, sales cycle length)
