Job Title: Journeyman Plumber – Residential Service
Location: West Bend, Wisconsin
Pay: $40–$46 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our residential service team in West Bend, WI. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, diagnosing plumbing issues, and providing reliable service solutions.

Technicians operate independently in the field, managing service calls and providing high-quality plumbing repairs and installations. Technicians are dispatched directly from home and service customers within a 50-mile radius of West Bend.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• On-call rotation: Approximately every 8 weeks

• Call center support available until midnight

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls to diagnose and repair plumbing issues

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of residential plumbing systems

• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding issues, solutions, and repair options

• Complete service documentation using company-provided iPad

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety and plumbing code standards

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with clients

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active Journeyman Plumber License

• Proven experience in residential service plumbing

• Ability to run service calls independently

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working directly with homeowners

• Must supply basic hand tools
