Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to own the evolution of our enterprise content platform and digital experience ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering—responsible for transforming content into a scalable, high-performing product that drives engagement, personalization, and business impact.

You will lead the vision, architecture, and delivery of a modern content engine, including headless CMS, content-as-a-service, and design-to-development workflows. This role also plays a critical part in preparing the organization for the next generation of AI-driven, conversational, and personalized digital experiences.

Salary: $100,000 - $143,000

 

What You’ll Own

Content Platform Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and lead the roadmap for a modern, headless CMS and content-as-a-service ecosystem
  • Architect scalable content solutions that support multi-channel delivery and personalization
  • Establish content models, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks to improve discoverability and reuse
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-assisted content creation and knowledge graph capabilities

Design-to-Development Enablement

  • Build and optimize the pipeline from design systems to production-ready components
  • Partner with design and engineering to ensure scalable, reusable, and consistent user experiences
  • Establish governance for design systems, component libraries, and structured handoffs

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Own and prioritize the platform backlog aligned to business goals and technical dependencies
  • Lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution
  • Balance speed, quality, and scalability through informed trade-off decisions
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders including product, marketing, design, and engineering

Content Operations & Governance

  • Establish content-as-a-product frameworks, including lifecycle ownership and governance standards
  • Define and track KPIs such as speed-to-publish, content reuse, and performance metrics
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to operationalize scalable workflows

AI & Future-Forward Innovation

  • Integrate AI capabilities into the content lifecycle, including authoring, tagging, and personalization
  • Ensure content architecture supports discoverability across search, conversational AI, and emerging interfaces
  • Stay ahead of trends in SEO, AEO, and generative experience optimization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product delivery, content platforms, or CMS architecture
  • Deep experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., headless CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Storyblok, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of structured content, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks
  • Experience building or supporting design systems and design-to-development workflows
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across product, design, and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows, personalization, and emerging digital experience trends
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
