Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial—we’re a lean team that values strong communication, accountability, and results. While we are predominantly remote, we meet in our Santa Monica office 2-3 times per week.

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our AM team and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams (SEO, web, content), and ensure successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and driving client success in a fast-growing agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients via email and calls regarding SEO and digital marketing performance

  • Lead monthly client meetings to review rankings, performance, and strategic direction

  • Collaborate daily with internal teams (SEO, web development, content) to execute client strategies

  • Monitor website performance and SEO metrics, set goals, and report on ROI

  • Support and implement SEO strategies through hands-on learning and website reviews

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and overall account health

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a client-facing role

  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Exposure to SEO or digital marketing is a plus (not required)
