About the Role
Matador Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving more than 190 clients. The company specializes in SEO services for legal and medical organizations, along with website development, content creation and management, and several expanding digital marketing services.
Matador Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to help support client relationships and ensure services are delivered effectively. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating projects, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
The Jr Co-Op Project Manager will work closely with senior account leaders to manage client accounts, coordinate deliverables, and help provide a smooth and positive client experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning SEO strategies across that board with hands-on training, monitoring and sweeping websites for SEO best practices

Support senior account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships

Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management

Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams

Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requests

Prepare client reports, updates, and presentations

Monitor account performance and assist with identifying opportunities for growth or improvement

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and account activity

Respond to client inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Support renewal processes and help identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or a similar role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience working in a client-facing environment

Familiarity with project coordination or client service workflows

Experience supporting senior account managers or sales teams
