Position Summary

The Medical Affairs Coordinator provides operational and administrative support across key medical activities, including congress planning, field medical support, advisory boards, and Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS). This role ensures activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Congress Planning: Support planning and execution of scientific congresses, including logistics, materials coordination, timelines, and post-congress reporting.
  • Field Medical Support: Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and tracking of field medical (MSL) activities and insights.
  • Advisory Boards: Manage end-to-end logistics for advisory boards, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and documentation.
  • IIS Coordination: Track IIS submissions, approvals, and milestones; support communication and documentation across stakeholders.
  • Operations: Maintain trackers, support budgets and vendor payments, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical operations, or similar
  • Experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations to support medical meetings, congresses, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with congresses, advisory boards, or medical meetings preferred
  • Familiarity with IIS or clinical research processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Veeva or similar systems a plus
