Salary range: approximately $70K–$76K/year, with ~8% annual bonus
Additional corporate benefits (healthcare, 401(k), etc.)
Weekly reports: Prepare store-level financials—revenue, labor, and food costs.
Inventory management: Record weekly adjustments and distribute inventory reports.
Royalties: Record, report, and reconcile franchise royalty and advertising fees.
Journal entries: Post all general ledger entries monthly.
Accruals & financials: Create monthly accruals, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations for U.S. stores.
Inter-company work: Compile quarterly balance sheet, income statement, cash‑flow statements, and perform inter-company reconciliations.
Licenses & permits: Track renewals, manage amortization, and journal entries.
P&L analysis: Analyze profit/loss statements and collaborate with operations.
Ad-hoc support: Tackle other tasks as needed
1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally in QSR/retail environments
BS in Accounting or related discipline.
Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables).
Comfortable working independently and in team settings.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with general ledger software; Sage 300 experience preferred
