Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership:

  • Direct and manage the company's financial processes, including monthly financial statements, rolling forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform timely and impactful business decisions.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, recommending strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure optimal return on capital spending investments.
  • Oversee financial audits and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Strategic Partnership:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as daily scrums, kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of major economic objectives and policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to support overall business goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years plus in an accounting leadership role.
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the aerospace industry).
• Prior experience in cost accounting preferred.
• CPA and public accounting experience, MBA and CGMA are a plus.
• Proven experience in financial management and analysis
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, budgeting tools)
