Our client, a growing Kalamazoo-based firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a portfolio of small business clients. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting work in QuickBooks and other cloud-based systems, while building trusted relationships with clients and helping deliver thoughtful, reliable financial support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate financial records and support client bookkeeping needs
• Manage client payroll processing, contractor payments, and year-end reporting
• Participate in virtual and in-person client meetings
• Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Collaborate with team members to deliver responsive, high-quality client service

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience supporting small business clients
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting systems
