Our client is a respected leader in culinary technology and is recognized for their innovative and high quality commercial kitchen products used across Canada. They are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow market share for their culinary technology solutions in the Greater Toronto area.

  • Execute sales strategies across food service segments.
  • Conduct product / cooking demonstrations and cultivate key relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in industry events.
  • Visit potential clients and do cooking demos on site.
  • Work 4 to 5 days in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Culinary or business degree, or equivalent.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the food service equipment industry.
  • 4 to 6 years' food industry operations experience (or as chef / management, not server).
  • Strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, culinary software.  
  • Territory management background.
  • Able to travel in the local area 4 - 5 days per week (driver's license and insurance).
