Our Toronto based client delivers a SaaS platform trusted by customers worldwide. As their customer base continues to expand they are seeking a hands-on specialist to support and enhance Salesforce and related business applications. This role focuses on streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enabling cross-team efficiency through smart system design and automation.
Role & Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce and connected applications.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and maintain consistent information flow.

Develop AI automation and integrations to boost efficiency and insights.

Ensure data accuracy and governance across systems.

Build reports and analytics views to support business decisions.

Document processes and provide training for end users.

Lead technology projects from planning to rollout.
Requirements & Qualifications

5 years' min customizing and managing Salesforce and related applications.

Expertise in revenue operations with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver scalable business solutions.
- Effective project management and communication abilities.

Strong English oral and written skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS or technology environments.

Great AI amd automation integration.

Hands-on experience with applications such as Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar.

Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator great to have.
