Our Toronto based client delivers a SaaS platform trusted by customers worldwide. As their customer base continues to expand they are seeking a hands-on specialist to support and enhance Salesforce and related business applications. This role focuses on streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enabling cross-team efficiency through smart system design and automation.

Role &  Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce and connected applications.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and maintain consistent information flow.

  • Develop AI automation and integrations to boost efficiency and insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy and governance across systems.

  • Build reports and analytics views to support business decisions.

  • Document processes and provide training for end users.

  • Lead technology projects from planning to rollout.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5 years' min customizing and managing Salesforce and related applications.

  • Expertise in revenue operations with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver scalable business solutions.

  • Effective project management and communication abilities.
  • Strong English oral and written skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments.

  • Great AI amd automation integration.

  • Hands-on experience with applications such as Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar.

  • Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator great to have.
