2976 Veterinary Pathologist

Our client is a Montreal clinical research organization involved in early stage clinical trial toxicological R&D, involving the use of laboratory animals. They require a Veterinary Pathologist to be oversee pathological evaluations of tissues from treated animals following GLP.

Salary commensurate with experience.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee necropsies and histological slides, and write pathology reports.
• Work with toxicologists on related matters.
• Liaise with clients and appropriate regulatory bodies.
• Take part in seminars, conferences, and related to keep up todate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• DVM and American College of Veterinary Pathology certification essential.
• Or eligible and willing to pass the ACVP exam.
• New grads welcome.
• Relocation available (Canada) only).
