Our Toronto area client delivers a SaaS platform (using automation and AI) trusted by customers worldwide. As their customer base continues to expand, they are seeking a client growth manager to expand relationships within their Service Message Block (SMB) customer base. The role focuses on uncovering new opportunities, strengthening engagement, and driving account growth.
Role & Responsibilities

Manage existing SMB accounts and develop strategies for expansion.

Look for account expansion opportunities and deliver compelling, value-driven solutions.

Work with with internal teams to support customer engagement and growth.

Build a healthy pipeline by following up on qualified leads.

Apply data insights to address client needs and position solutions effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications

Several years of experience in B2B or SaaS software sales, meeting quotas.

Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Ezcellent presentation, relationship-building skills, and negotiating skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and used to meeting goals.
- Preferred: Background in AI, automation, or IT platforms.
- Hybrid role - 4 days in office. Fridays remote until 1 pm.
