Our Toronto client provides cloud-based software that uses AI to streamline IT operations and support teams for organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will design and run lifecycle programs that increase product use, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth. You will be a native English speaker in order to create the most effective materials, campaigns, presentations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop campaigns that increase engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Apply customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to support account expansion.

Categorize audiences for tailored communication journeys.

Direct advocacy initiatives including testimonials and case studies.

Coordinate presence on review sites and forums.

Organize webinars, workshops, and community events.

Optimize campaigns through testing and analytics.

Assess and document outcomes using automation tools.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS).
- Background in high-growth technology companies
- Comfortable using data to guide campaign decisions.
- Experience with automation tools, email programs, and customer events.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing or automation platforms.
- Strong communication and audience-focused messaging skills.
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
