Our Toronto client provides cloud-based software that uses AI to streamline IT operations and support teams for organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will design and run lifecycle programs that increase product use, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth. You will be a native English speaker in order to create the most effective materials, campaigns, presentations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop campaigns that increase engagement, retention, and advocacy.

  • Apply customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to support account expansion.

  • Categorize audiences for tailored communication journeys.

  • Direct advocacy initiatives including testimonials and case studies.

  • Coordinate presence on review sites and forums.

  • Organize webinars, workshops, and community events.

  • Optimize campaigns through testing and analytics.

  • Assess and document outcomes using automation tools.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS).
  • Background in high-growth technology companies
  • Comfortable using data to guide campaign decisions.
  • Experience with automation tools, email programs, and customer events.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing or automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and audience-focused messaging skills.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
