Our Toronto client is seeking a Head of Sales Development to oversee a group of SDRs / BDRs and drive pipeline growth. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can coach the team, refine outbound strategies, and personally contribute to prospecting efforts.
Role & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Development Reps (SDRs) / Business Development Reps (BDRs) to meet pipeline goals.

Build and refine outbound prospecting processes with Sales and Marketing.

Track KPIs and maintain CRM accuracy.

Provide structured coaching to improve outreach, qualification, and handoff quality.

Contribute directly to outbound activity when needed.

Work cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, sales to support smooth lead flow and follow-up.
Requirements & Requirements

Established success in sales or business development within B2B SaaS / AI.

Several years managing SDR / BDR teams.

Experience creating outbound programs that generate measurable pipeline.

Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Hybrid role - 4 days in office. Fridays remote until 1 pm.
