Our Toronto client is seeking a Head of Sales Development to oversee a group of SDRs / BDRs and drive pipeline growth. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can coach the team, refine outbound strategies, and personally contribute to prospecting efforts.

Role &  Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Development Reps (SDRs) / Business Development Reps (BDRs) to meet pipeline goals.

  • Build and refine outbound prospecting processes with Sales and Marketing.

  • Track KPIs and maintain CRM accuracy.

  • Provide structured coaching to improve outreach, qualification, and handoff quality.

  • Contribute directly to outbound activity when needed.

  • Work cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, sales to support smooth lead flow and follow-up.

 Requirements & Requirements

  • Established success in sales or business development within B2B SaaS / AI.

  • Several years managing SDR / BDR teams.

  • Experience creating outbound programs that generate measurable pipeline.

  • Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Hybrid role - 4 days in office. Fridays remote until 1 pm.
