My client is seeking highly skilled Estimators with expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural domains to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing detailed and competitive project bids, conducting extensive cost analysis, and contributing significantly to the successful execution of our construction projects. Opportunities are available for both on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for industrial construction projects, including detailed material take-offs, labor and equipment costs, and subcontractor bids.
• Bid Preparation: Spearhead the bid preparation process by crafting detailed proposals and collaborating with review teams to enhance bid packages.
• Cost Analysis and Value Engineering: Perform thorough cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and negotiate contracts.
• Estimating Software Expertise: Utilize advanced estimating tools to perform precise quantity take-offs and generate accurate estimates.
• Documentation and Reporting Excellence: Maintain detailed records of estimates and bids, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with project managers and engineers, and provide mentorship to junior estimators.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating with a successful track record in industrial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in advanced estimating software
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
