In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our services within the Lake Forest region. You will play a crucial part in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to increase awareness and utilization of hospice care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote hospice services and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must have Hospice sales experience
- Strong understanding of hospice care principles, services, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
