ASSOCIATE – HATCH WAXMAN LITIGATIONMultiple Offices (Preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia)

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Hatch Waxman Litigation Practice Group within the Intellectual Property Department. This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania, as applicable.
  • 3+ years of substantive Hatch Waxman litigation experience.
  • Solid law firm experience with superb writing and communication skills.
  • Technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or a related field are preferred.
  • Experience drafting briefs and participating in fact and expert discovery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all aspects of Hatch Waxman litigation, including drafting briefs and managing fact and expert discovery.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced intellectual property attorneys in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Represent clients in high-stakes pharmaceutical patent litigation matters.

Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $240,000 to $290,000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
