Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Technical Savvy: Experience with network analyzers, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers is a huge plus.
  • Mechanical Prowess: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to effectively use mechanical tools and equipment.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for seamless documentation and reporting.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional documentation skills, with an eye for detail and precision.
  • Communicative and Organized: Excellent communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Educational Background: Associate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Work primarily in a modern office environment.
  • Minimal lifting requirements.
  • Eligibility to work with ITAR data without licensing.
