As a PTA, you will collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement tailored treatment plans aimed at improving patients' strength and mobility. Your role will involve administering manual exercises, guiding patients through non-manual activities, and supporting daily living exercises to promote optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment plans in consultation with supervising Physical Therapists.
• Conduct follow-up visits for home health patients, ensuring ongoing eligibility for services and maintaining high standards of care.
• Document patient progress accurately, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide maintenance therapy and support to patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Travel to patient homes as driving is a requirement for this position.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
