Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the Healthcare (HC) Facility’s corporate HCTM program and services. Participates in defining strategic direction of the HCTM program through short and long-term goal setting, technology assessment and planning, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting. Focuses HTM program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at our HC facilities. Creates customized service delivery plans for and develops and motivates the HTM team at assigned facilities. Drives compliance with HC HTM and Corporate goals and objectives. Assists HC HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facilities and vendor relationships. Ensures that facility’s program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management. Develops and executes Key performance indicators (KPIs)`

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS 

MUST HAVE 5+ to 7 years experience in the Management of Biomedical Services / Clinical Engineering.

MUST HAVE excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

MUST HAVE Experience with healthcare technology management programs including HTM leadership and medical equipment.MUST HAVE Knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc.…)MUST HAVE Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, and Local)Minimum Education - Associate's Degree, CBET, HTM Certification, other certifications a plus
