Summary:

The responsibilities of the Sr. Developer BI include implementing a strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps) and PowerBI in a hybrid role working on the backend and front.  This role will work as part of a team and may be the senior resource in Power Platform with growth potential.

Senior level working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform with Power BI, Power Apps, and other analytical toolsets. Extensive development understanding across, design, systems architecture, analysis, testing, and support of Data analytics across multiple business functional areas. Need a strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services and a basic understanding of DevOps practices for Microsoft Power Platform.

• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query M, and SQL Query Language
• Testing and Debugging Power Platform Tools
• Configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and business process automation.
• Creating technical designs and development specifications
• Partner with management to define teamwork objectives and improvement opportunities across the department.
• Solve complex technical problems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, along with a strong knowledge of current industry practices on Power BI, Power Automate, and other Power Platform applications.
• The person in this role will be challenged to be a lifelong learner that includes staying up to date on development technologies based on business requirements.
